FROM THE BEGINNING
We have owned our house in the Loma Linda neighborhood since 2009. In 2020 Crossroads became a tenant at 2002 E. Osborn and was supposed to be only a corporate office. From the beginning, various people have been seen smoking, engaging in alleged/perceived drug transactions and loitering on the grass perimeter on the backside of the facility (across the street from our house). From the beginning, we had people at our door in the middle of the night asking for a blanket, or wanting to ‘use the phone’. On November 5, 2020, a woman who was looking for Crossroads attempted to come into our house. Fortunately, our 5 year old niece wasn’t home. Here is the video:

Video of woman walking into our house as we were bringing groceries in. She appeared very inebriated. Fortunately, the dogs quickly chased her back outside.
NOVEMBER 2022 – RETURN TO LOMA LINDA after two years in DC for family reasons during COVID
In November 2022, we moved back into our house after two years in DC caring for family. We immediately noticed Crossroads activity. (1) People visiting Crossroads weekly and parking in front of the grass perimeter on Mitchell Drive (not in Crossroads parking lot); (2) Crossroads clients getting dropped off in front of our house verses Crossroads; (3) Weekly, sometimes daily EMT vehicles at Crossroads – usually late at night and in very early morning; and (4) Crossroads clients “smoking” and loitering on grass perimeter behind parking lot wall. After seeing this off and on for a couple months, we decided to get a camera. In the first week, this is what we captured:
